We’re now working on decks for pre-teens, adults, educators, and even teams. Richa Pandey (Founder & Chief Curator)

A passionate educator and primary school teacher, Richa has spent over a decade in classrooms helping young minds grow. Her deep understanding of how children think, learn, and connect became the foundation for Deck of Smiles. What started as an effort to reduce screen time for her own child soon grew into a mission to help families everywhere bond more meaningfully. From designing deck ideas to testing them in real-world scenarios, Richa brings the heart, instinct, and insight that makes each card truly impactful.
